Our website is pretty straightforward and the only place data from you will be collected is through the contact form – which is SSL protected so fully encrypted, as is the rest of our website.
If you do decide to come to therapy, supervision or engage in any other service offered by Headstrong Wellbeing CIC, then we will also hold your personal data in the form of a Contact Details and a needs assessment form attached to our contract, as an agreement of the terms and conditions of the therapeutic or supervisory relationship or any other co-working relationship.
This policy, therefore sets out the basis on which any personal data Headstrong Wellbeing CIC collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by a member of the Headstrong team.

Requests to view all information Headstrong Wellbeing CIC holds on you can be made in writing via our contact form, email or post and we will respond within 14 working days.
If you require all the information Headstrong Wellbeing CIC hold on you to be erased, please write to us via the contact form, by email or by post with your request and we shall comply within 14 working days of receiving your request.
