Kathleen is a Wellbeing Psychologist, and Therapeutic Interventions Practitioner.

Kathleen is a highly skilled Interventions Practitioner and is currently Leicestershire's specialist in working with young people using violence & abuse. Kathleen works with aggressive disruptive behaviours, self-harm & suicide, bullying, child sexual exploitation, historic sexual abuse, dissociative identity disorder (DID), childhood trauma & abuse for both children and adults.

Kathleen is an experienced clinical supervisor, specialising in promoting trauma informed practice and enabling staff to manage the emotional impacts of working with complex clients.

Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist - Client Coordinator
(MBACP)

Kate is an integrative therapist, integrating a Person Approach with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Attachment Theory.

Kate has worked with a range of clients, but has most experience working with Domestic Abuse, Sexual Abuse and Rape, and the impact for clients relating to PTSD, Eating Disorders, Depression, Eating disorders, Anxiety and Flashbacks. Therapy is adapted to the individual needs of the client.

Kate also has a range of experience in Mental Health with young people, and has experience working with Dementia, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities in care and education settings.

Livia is an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with core training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Attachment Theory and additional training in Compassion Focussed Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Livia has worked with a range of issues such as loss; anxiety; depression; self-harm; domestic abuse; rape and sexual abuse; personality disorders; eating disorders; addiction; obsessive-compulsive disorder; PTSD and trauma.

Lauren is an Integrative Psychotherapist, trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred and Attachment work.

Lauren is a skilled practitioner with substantial experience working with adults and young people in relation to: substance misuse, use of violence and abuse in relationships, LGBTQ identity & issues, grief & loss, trauma and couples therapy. Lauren is a specialist in working with parents of children with ASD, and has expertise in trauma and trauma informed practice.

Lauren is a qualified Auricular acupuncture practitioner and incorporates this in her practice to support clients in managing anxiety, depression, anger, stress, trauma and addiction.

Peter is trainee counsellor, studying for a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Peter is a Humanistic counsellor, and he is specialising in Carl Rogers’ Person Centred Approach.

Peter is passionate about helping people through their personal trauma and walking alongside them on their journey in counselling.

Elzbieta (Ela) Malgoska

BSc Psychology (BPS accredited) Ela has a background in psychology and currently studying MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP accredited) at University of Derby. In her practise she integrates three psychotherapeutic approaches: Person Center, Cognitive-Behavioural therapy and Attachment Theory. Ela has experience in supporting people with autism, ADHD, dementia, mental health problems and learning disabilities in a care setting. She also creates and deliver psychoeducational workshops for kids and adults as a part of volunteering for Polish community in Leicester.
