Kathleen is a Wellbeing Psychologist, and Therapeutic Interventions Practitioner.

Kathleen is a highly skilled Interventions Practitioner and is currently Leicestershire's specialist in working with young people using violence & abuse. Kathleen works with aggressive disruptive behaviours, self-harm & suicide, bullying, child sexual exploitation, historic sexual abuse, dissociative identity disorder (DID), childhood trauma & abuse for both children and adults.

Kathleen is an experienced clinical supervisor, specialising in promoting trauma informed practice and enabling staff to manage the emotional impacts of working with complex clients.

Lauren is an Integrative Psychotherapist, trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred and Attachment work.

Lauren is a skilled practitioner with substantial experience working with adults and young people in relation to: substance misuse, use of violence and abuse in relationships, LGBTQ identity & issues, grief & loss, trauma and couples therapy. Lauren is a specialist in working with ASD and parents of children with ASD, and has expertise in trauma and trauma informed practice.

Lauren is a qualified Auricular acupuncture practitioner and incorporates this in her practice to support clients in managing anxiety, depression, anger, stress, trauma and addiction.
Kate Fletcher

Kate Fletcher

Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist - Client Coordinator

Kate is an integrative therapist, integrating a Person Approach with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Attachment Theory.

Kate has worked with a range of clients, but has most experience working with Domestic Abuse, Sexual Abuse and Rape, and the impact for clients relating to PTSD, Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety and Flashbacks. Therapy is adapted to the individual needs of the client.

Kate also has a range of experience in Mental Health with young people, and has experience working with Dementia, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities in care and education settings.

Kate is currently studying MSc Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and will qualify as a Psychotherapist in 2021.

Amy Davies

Amy is an integrative therapist, with Psychodynamic and person centre theory at the core of her work.

Alongside this Amy has training in CBT, T.A and mindfulness-based therapies.

Amy is a qualified and trained couples counsellor.

Amy’s deepest skill set is working with adults in relation to relationships, depression, self-harm, suicide, anxiety, and domestic abuse. The work done in therapy is a journey to fit the client's individuality, reflecting on talking and creative therapies.

Amy is currently studying MA Domestic and Sexual Violence, and applies this learning to her work with victims, survivors and people using abusive behaviours.

Holly Cummings

Integrative Counsellor and Trainee Psychotherapist (MBACP)
(Currently completing her MSc, researching into Dyslexia and the profound emotional effects Dyslexia can have on an individual in the therapy room).

Holly is an integrative therapist who is trained in 'Person Centred', 'Cognitive Behavioural Therapy' (CBT) and 'Attachment Theory' methods. She concentrates on adapting a number of approaches to tailor the therapy to suit the individual needs of the client. Holly helps her clients through very difficult emotional and psychological periods of their lives - including; rape, sexual assault, relationship difficulties; depression, anxiety and childhood related traumas. By integrating compassion focused therapy (CFT) interventions into her work clients are also able to explore more holistic methods to enhance positive change.

Holly has a background of working in educational and work settings supporting adolescents and adults who are Deaf, Blind or Partially Sighted and is also a specialist in working with learning difficulties such as Dylsexia, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She is inclusive within her therapy and aims to make her clients feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible throughout their therapeutic journey.
