Yoga for Mental Health and Trauma -yoga is more than just an exercise we 'do'. It provides our body with the physical release we need to help us let go of stress, anxiety and trauma. Our Yoga classes are not exercise classes. They are specially put together with mental health in mind, and include a short mini-teach discussing why we are incorporating the movements we are using.
